Return Policy Overview
We operate under a strict return and exchange policy and advise all customers to review these terms thoroughly before placing any orders.
Return and Exchange Window
- Customers have 1 day from the date they receive their item to request a return or exchange.
- No exceptions will be made for any reason; requests received after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Eligibility Criteria
- Items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags, and in the original packaging to qualify for return or exchange.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.
- Clearance items (discounted 10% or more) and hijabs are non-returnable and non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
- To begin the return process, contact customer service through contact@mahaabaya.com
- If your return is accepted, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- You will be refunded the value of returned items minus the shipping costs, even if your order originally qualified for free shipping.
- For exchanges, you will also need to pay shipping for the replacement item to be sent.
Additional Terms
- Items with minor imperfections (such as small tears, loose threads, or color variations) are not considered defects.
- All measurements are approximate and may differ by 2-3 inches due to manual measurement.
- Order cancellations are subject to a $30 cancellation fee.
